Vicki named ‘Advocate of the Year’ at the 2021 ESKER Impact Awards

Congratulations to PanAust’ Brisbane-based, IT Business Process Lead, Vicki Dreaver on being named the ESKER ‘Advocate of the Year’.

The ESKER Impact Awards recognise and highlight customers and users who have achieved remarkable results with ESKER’s technology and have gone the extra mile in transforming their business with automation.

Vicki was delighted to be named ‘Advocate of the Year’ at last Friday’s virtual awards ceremony. In accepting the award, Vicki also acknowledged the other Lao-based super users.

“I wish to thank the team at ESKER for this award and recognition which I share with the ESKER super users in our team in Laos – thank you.

“The real stars are our Transactional Services Centre team in Laos. They are the super users for the ESKER Accounts Payable (AP) module,” Vicki said.

The Lao team has embedded a culture for ongoing improvement to make the best use of the ESKER product, increase automation rates and resolve any ESKER cases directly.

This enables the PanAust IT team to focus on the delivery of strategic initiatives such as enhancing the Company’s cybersecurity associated with bank master data.

The ESKER support model is one that the Company aims to emulate across the other cloud-based systems in use.

“Not only does the ESKER AP module integrate so well into the Company’s SAP landscape, but our team members based in both Brisbane and Laos find the ESKER team a pleasure to work with,” Vicki explained.
