Explore direct supply with PanAust
PanAust Limited and Phu Bia Mining Limited invite qualified precious-metal refiners, international trading houses, and downstream industrial or jewellery manufacturers to submit an Expression of Interest.
Flexible supply pathways
PanAust is willing to work with interested parties to explore doré supply, refining arrangements and refined-metal products aligned with their requirements. This may include exploring refinery services and/or the supply of refined precious metals in bar or industrial forms, subject to further discussion and agreement.

About PanAust and our operations
PanAust is an Australian incorporated company with its registered head office located in Brisbane, Australia, providing leadership and support across the Group.
PanAust’s producing assets, Phu Kham and Ban Houayxai, sit within its 1,260-square-kilometre Contract Area roughly 140 kilometres north of Vientiane in Laos and are operated through its subsidiary Phu Bia Mining Limited. Together, the two operations and supporting logistics network underpin a company with close to 3,700 employees, with a strong commitment to workforce localisation and diversity.
Phu Kham, an open-pit mine feeding a conventional milling and flotation circuit, produces a copper and gold concentrate which is exported to the international market via the Sriracha port in Thailand.

Ban Houayxai silver–gold doré
Ban Houayxai utilises a Carbon-In-Leach (CIL) process to produce a silver–gold doré. The doré is 99.9% pure and in 2027 and 2028 will typically contain between 6%–10% Au and 90%–94% Ag.

Responsible production and sourcing
PanAust recognises the importance of responsible mineral supply chains. Information relevant to responsible-sourcing, counterparty due-diligence and chain-of-custody requirements may be provided to selected respondents as part of subsequent discussions.

What happens next
PanAust will review submissions and may invite selected respondents to further discussions concerning product specifications, indicative purchasing requirements, logistics and potential commercial arrangements.
