Laurinda is responsible for providing company secretarial and corporate governance services to the Board and the management of PanAust and providing advice in relation to Chinese regulatory, contractual and financing issues. She acts as a key liaison point between the Company and GRAM and other stakeholders. She joined PanAust in October 2015.
Laurinda is a China qualified lawyer with 11 years’ experience leading legal practice and corporate communications for billion-dollar companies across diverse industries. She is a Chartered Secretary and associate member of the Governance Institute of Australia. Prior to joining PanAust, Laurinda worked as a Company Secretary and Legal Counsel of a mining company in Brisbane and brings to PanAust a wealth of Australian and Chinese investment professional experience.
